How We Ship Your Roses
Spring 2026 Shipping Notice (March–April)
Our 1-gallon potted roses are currently overwintering as dormant plants. They have been winter-pruned to approximately 10–15 cm in height and will be shipped with soil in their pots.
We will begin preparing shipments from March 10 through April to later June. Orders will be shipped in the order that deposits were received, and shipment timing may be adjusted based on weather conditions and forecasts to ensure plant safety.
Thank you for your patience and support.
Thank you so much for ordering our roses! 🌹
First, we carefully remove the rose from its pot to avoid any damage to the roots.
Next, the roots and soil are securely wrapped in plastic to retain moisture and protect the plant during transit.
Finally, we use sturdy cardboard to wrap and support the branches and roots, providing maximum protection for the plant throughout shipping.
We offer shipping boxes for 2-pot, 4-pot, and 6-pot roses.
Each plant has a $2 packaging fee.
For shipping costs, please contact our sales team, who will be happy to provide you with the exact shipping fee based on your order.
2026 Shipping and pickup will begin in early March, and some varieties may be shipped as late as the end of June.
Pre-orders will close at the end of May. Deposits are used only to reserve the roses you selected. If customers do not pick up their orders or contact us by the end of May, the order will be considered automatically canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded. Special circumstances will be handled according to our specific policies.
If the customer does not specifically request otherwise, we will default to requiring a signature upon delivery to prevent the risk of loss.
2026 spring shipping: Normal shipment is scheduled between March and May. Delivery may be delayed in the event of force majeure.
We reserve the right of final interpretation.
Our shipping terms are FOB (Free on Board). Under this arrangement, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, risks, and arrangements once the goods are handed over to the carrier. Therefore, full payment of the product and shipping fees must be made prior to shipping . If you have any concerns, you are also welcome to pick up the goods in North York and pay in cash at that time.
We are unable to ship to the U.S. because there are risks associated with customs clearance.
